Deliveries within The Netherlands
From 1 to 2 business days. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.
Deliveries within Europe
Unfortunately, we do not provide shipping to other European countries yet. However, shipping to Belgium or Germany is possible upon request.
Events outside our control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations if caused by events outside our reasonable control, including (but not restricted to) flood, severe weather, war, act of terrorism, acts of government or other authorities, zombie apocalypses or alien invasions.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@angeloblack.com with your order number and reason of returning. In case of damage or defects, please take photos and add them to the mail. To help reduce wasted paper, we’ve taken returns online! This means you’ll no longer receive a returns label with your order.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Right after you've placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will be processed as soon as possible. Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an additional email with the tracking information. You can use this information to track the shipment of your order until it is delivered.
Once your order has been paid and processed, it is no longer possible to change the order.
Our website uses a 'first come, first served' system. That means that a product can be sold out after you've put it in your basket. To prevent disappointment, we recommend that you pay and finalize your order as soon as possible.
If you are using a credit card and an 'Authorization failed' alert pops up during the payment process, clear your cookies and cache data, use a different browser or use a different payment method. If this doesn’t solve the problem, please contact us.
If you have not received an order confirmation via email, but the amount has already been deducted from your account, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible, so that we can check whether the order was processed properly.
It can take up to two hours after you have placed your order for you to receive the confirmation email. Please also check your spam inbox.

If the product received is damaged, we can help. Please e-mail photos of the damaged products, a brief description of the damage, the order number to contact@angeloblack.com. We will follow-up with next steps as soon as possible.
