Shipping Policy

Deliveries within The Netherlands

From 1 to 2 business days. Free shipping shipping for all orders.

We offer standard shipping to your preferred address or you can pick up your order at a local Pick-up point whenever suits you best. Please be advised you might have to show an ID document when picking up your order.


Deliveries within Europe

Unfortunately, we do not provide shipping to other European countries yet. However, shipping to Belgium or Germany is possible upon request.

Events outside our control

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations if caused by events outside our reasonable control, including (but not restricted to) flood, severe weather, war, act of terrorism, acts of government or other authorities, zombie apocalypses or alien invasions. 

Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must adhere to the following:

  • In original packaging
  • No signs of wash/wear
  • Tags must not be damaged or removed
  • No stains/hairs/odors

We are unable to accept returns without proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@angeloblack.com with your order number and reason of returning. In case of damage or defects, please take photos and add them to the mail. To help reduce wasted paper, we’ve taken returns online! This means you’ll no longer receive a returns label with your order.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Arnhemseweg 120D, 6711 HJ Ede, Nederland

After shipping your return, you should receive a receipt with a tracking code so you can track the shipment. Please hold onto this receipt as it is your proof of shipment. To ensure the arrival of your return, we strongly recommend sending the parcel by registered mail. If the return is not shipped using registered mail, Angelo Black cannot be held liable for missing items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
